The just a few rules... Most are just common sense.  - Respect other users and staff...Don't be mean! We don't have to be mean, cause, remember, no matter where you go, there you are!

- No Harassment of or Threats to Users or Staff...
- No Flaming...
- No Porn, Erotica or Slash...
- Respect the copyrights of others property...
- We also have to follow the same rules as if you were on the Ausgate site

GENERAL
Actions considered unjust towards other users of this site is not allowed.
If it is discovered a user is bringing the site into disrepute, they will have an automatic ban imposed on all IP addresses known to be used by them.
The following guidelines will be used in determining appropriate punishment for the violation of site rules (unless otherwise stated)
First Offense: A written warning
Second Offense: 25% deduction of all collectable points
Third Offense: Account deletion
Continued abuse of the system after this will initiate an IP address ban on the site of all known IP addresses for that user.
Please note that any step in the above process may be wavered by the system administrators depending on the severity of the incident.
DISCLAIMER
The rules and guidelines of the site include any modifications or updates found in the site’s FAQ’s and system messages.
MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS (personas)
Only one account (persona) is allowed to any one person. This will be enforced regularly, with multiple accounts being deleted without notice to the user.
PERSONA NAMING
Deliberately creating or changing a persona name to impersonate or discredit other players is not allowed. Persona names must not contain profanities, and may not be of a nature that is demeaning to any race or religion. Any account with a persona name found guilty of breaching these guidelines will be deleted immediately.
PAGE REFRESHING
Refreshing a page in an attempt to force the random generator to display more items is not allowed. Page refreshes are tracked and reported to the site administrators.
MULTIPLE WINDOWS
Gameplay is limited to one open window per user per session.
The use of multiple open browser windows, multiple concurrent browser systems (e.g. I.E. and Netscape) or multiple connections while using this site is considered extremely unfair play. The ability of this to have the user on different pages at a single time, and thus increasing the chance of random item collections basically penalizes any user who chooses to use the site correctly.
Multiple open windows on this site are tracked and reported to the site administrators.
EXPLOITING BUGS, FLAWS, ANOMALIES
Any bug, flaw or anomaly found on the site are to be reported to the site administrators immediately. Any user found exploiting a bug, flaw or anomaly to gain an unfair advantage will have an immediate penalty given to their account based on the severity of their actions.
HACKING
Any attempt to hack the site in any way is not allowed. Any reports of hacking will be dealt with immediate banning from the site and a block put on the user’s IP address.
MODIFYING LINKS
Modifying links or the information in the address bar of your browser is considered as attempted hacking and will be dealt with as such.
SPYING
Spying is not allowed on the site. Any user caught spying will have their account deleted. You will be considered a spy if you change alliance/factions more than once in a week or if multiple user name changes are detected in that same time frame.
If a spy is found to be operating under the instructions of an alliance/faction, all parties involved will have their accounts deleted.
SEXUAL HARRASSMENT
Sexual harrassment of any kind will not be tolerated on this site. Nor will asking anyone on site for internet sexual favors.
Violations of this will be treated severely by Administration.
